Green chopsticks

At the lovely Urban Orient Vietnamese cafe in Crystal Palace. The Vietnamese word for chopsticks, I think, is dua (sorry, Blogger is objecting to diacritics lately. I need to look into new ways to insert them).

that hand is really very weird - being not quite but almost appearing to be the hand of the woman in the foreground...

I don't know how you find *and* manage to quickly capture such wondrous visual moments. This whole composition reminds me of Japanese prints.
How do you like the new camera?

I stare a lot, I guess.

Like the new camera a lot and recommend it, and it's cheaper than I think I told you, Natalie:

Jean, I saw and handled your camera at Jessop's recently and though it certainly seems to be excellent (and not over-priced) it felt a bit too light and the buttons at the top seemed awkward to use. Maybe I'll have another look but I saw a similar-range Canon that I think I like better. Not rushing into this.

My own choice of cameras has always been intuitive, Natalie, and I think how it 'feels' to you is importnat, given similar specs.
